My Shipping Address is different from my Credit Card (address). What should I do?
If you need to change your shipping address. We high recommend that you contact us immiediate! We are not responsible for incorrect addresses or incorrect apartment or suite numbers. In the event that a customer provides us an incorrect address, (and package is return to us). Customer must wait until we recieve package, and pay for re-delivery (shipping charges-in full). We suggest that customers check all items upon delivery.

Do you accept Personal Checks?
Yes, we accept personal checks. It is important that you understand, check must clear our account before we proceed to preparing your order. It may take up to 15 -20 days to receive clearance (depending on your banker) before we can start preparing your order.

How do I calculate Shipping Charge?
Shipping is free within the US.
For orders outside the US, please . For orders to Canada, please call us to calculate shipping.
How long will it take for me to recieve my order?
Delivery Time: Your order will be process immediately within 24-48 hours after payment is been recieved (depending on your form of payment). Once your payment is cleared, we will send out your order. Orders are sent out United States Priority Mail (3-4 days) or Parcel Service (5-10 days). Note: If you are ordering within holiday season it may take a few days longer, so make sure you order before holiday season. We reserve the right to choose form of shipping method.
Can I return my parts?
Because the nature of our products (Chrome Body Parts), unfortunitely we DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS on our products. Our website provides all the necessary information possible for our customers to make the right choice for the scooter. If you are not sure what parts fit your scooter, please first before placing your order. If by any chance we have sent you 2 left side body parts, we will change it. We inspect every chrome body parts for scratches, discrepencies or manufacture product errors before packing it (and shipping it out). There are no returns or exchanges on electrical parts, such as LED Bulbs, H4 Bulbs, etc. All bulbs are inspected before shipping. If we have sent you 2 sides of the same body part by mistake, we will change it and re-ship it. BUT IT MUST NOT BE SCRATCHED OR DAMAGE IN ANY WAY, WE WILL NOT ACCEPT IT (SO DON'T EVEN BOTHER MAILING BACK).
What if my parts are broken during shipping?
Anything is possible! But before packing your parts, we check chrome parts before shipping. Great measures are taken to provide 'high quality control on all products' to insure proper packaging to avoid breakage while USPS delivers your package (we are not respondsible for broken or damage items). In the event that a customer receives a damage product due to USPS shipping process. Customer "MUST" file a claims form with there local USPS office (Please get all information necessary to complete form, and follow the instructions to reclaim your goods).
What happens if you do not a specific product in stock?
Back Orders: It is very rare that we may not have a specific chrome body part. In the event that we do not have a specific Chrome Scooter Part available at the moment. We will you either by phone or email and inform you when we will have that specific body part available. Customer will then confirm by email that he or she agrees to wait for order product/item. The customer will either have the option to then get a full refund for his or her purchase, or change it for a different product/item of equal or greater value. Customer will be given 24-48 hours to make this decision.
