HOW TO ORDER
When placing an Order:
Please provide your Full Name (contact), Shipping Address, Telephone Number (required), Mobile Number (optional), Email (required), and any other information neccessary for proper delivery. IMPORTANT: It is important that you COMFIRM YOUR PURCHASE by sending us an email and tell us what Scooter Model (Name Brand), & Year you have. This information will help us make sure that you are ordering the right body parts for your scooter. If you place an order for any of our products; we will assume that you know your scooter type and are aware that you know what your purchasing.
Incorrect Address:
We are not responsible for incorrect addresses or incorrect apartment or suite numbers. In the event that a customer provides us an incorrect address, and package is return to us. Customer must wait until we recieve package, and pay for re-delivery (shipping charges-in full). We suggest that customers check all items upon delivery.
We can receive PayPal payments from the following countries. Withdraw from your PayPal account to our U.S. bank account. Although we are able to accept order from International countries. We provide free shipping for US orders (ONLY).
All orders outside US, please contact us so we can calculate shipping for your country.
NO RETURNS (if your confused or not sure if the parts are the right parts for your scooter, please call us at 1(939) 218-218-5935 to confirm parts before ordering).
We accept VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, which is processed by PayPal. All information is strictly confidential/private and processed thru a secured PayPal site.
eCheck:
Note: If you pay with an eCheck rather than a credit card, ScooterChromeParts.com will not process order until the eCheck (Personal Check) clears (5 -10 business days). Yes I know, it takes a little longer because PayPal needs to verify your accouny to make sure its your checking account. Once your eCheck clears, PayPal will send you an email to confirm that the eCheck has cleared. Once cleared we will then proceed to preparing your order. You will receive an email acknowledgment from USPS confirming your order shipment. Once your order has been process for shipping, it should arrive at your shipping location within 3-10 business days depending on postal service. We provide insurance ONLY on packages over $100.00 (orders) or more.
Western Union/MoneyGram Money Orders:
If you are placing an order by Western Union, please provide us with the tracking number (MTCN#). Please provide detail information on the product you desire, by email us at: scooterchromeparts@gmail.com. Important: With your payment, please specify by email what Chrome Body Parts or Accessories you desire (Stock Number or Picture of the product). An easy way to do that would be to include a screen print of the shopping cart page with the desired items selected. Please provide your full name, shipping address, and a means of contacting you (email, telephone#, mobil phone) in case we have any questions about your order. Don't forget to tell us what scooter (brand or model, year) your are purchasing these parts for, we want to make sure they fit your scooter.
United States Postal Service Money Orders (I don't have a Credit Card or Checking Account):
If you do not have a credit card or checking account and would like to purcahse some parts (not a problem). just write on a piece of paper what parts you want (remember to write down the part number), quantity, color, or size. Don't forget to tell us what scooter (brand or model, year) your are purchasing these parts for, we want to make sure they fit your scooter. When sending us a money order; we prefer that you use a United States Post Office Money Order. Please provide detail information on the product you desire, by email us at: scooterchromeparts@gmail.com. Important: With your payment, please specify by email what Chrome Body Parts or Accessories you desire (Stock Number or Picture of the product).

International Shipping will apply:
International orders are accepted but additional charges will apply. We know that international shipping charges are expensive. But we will help you on the shipping charges depending on the item or product. Chrome Parts, Electrical parts cannot be returned (no refunds once shipped), so be sure you order the right part. Don't worry about the quality, thats not a problem. Because we provide high quality chrome body parts. If your scooter looks like any of the on our website, most like they will fit. If you are not sure please to make sure.
Delivery Time:
Your order will be process immediately within 24-48 hours once payment is recieved and cleared (depending on your form of payment). All orders are process thru PayPal.com for secure transaction. We accept all major credit cards mentioned above. Once we recieve your payment, you will have 24 hours to make a product change or cancel order before we shipping out you order. If you cancel the order 24 hours after payment is recieved (product preparation), a 30% restocking fee will apply! Once cleared we will then proceed to preparing your order. You will receive an email acknowledgment from USPS confirming your order shipment. Once your order has been process for shipping, it should arrive at your shipping location within 3-10 business days depending on postal service. We provide insurance ONLY on packages over $100.00 (orders) or more.

Quality Control in our Chrome Body Parts is our most highest priority. We have been selling Chrome Body Parts online for the past 3 years and our customers are super happy, and we want to keep it that way.

Packaging Process:
We take great measures to provide 'high quality control on all products' to insure proper packaging using thick boxes to avoid breakage (we inspect all products before shipping) while USPS delivers your package (we are not respondsible for broken or damage items). In the event that a customer receives a damage product due to USPS shipping process. Customer "MUST" file a claims form with there local USPS office (Please get all information to complete form, and follow the necessary instructions to reclaim your goods).
Back Orders:
It is very rare that we may not have a specific chrome body part in stock. In the event that you placed and order, and we do not have it available at the moment. We will contact you by email and inform you when we will have it available. Customer will either have the option to then get a full refund for his or her purchase (before shipping out a different product), or change it for a different product of equal or greater value. Customer will then confirm by email that he or she agrees to wait for order product or ask for a refund.
Note: In the event that the customer agrees to accept a different product (and products has been already shipped). At this point we will not be respondsible, and will assume that the customer is satisfied with the product. It will then be to our discression NOT to accept the product back. If we accept to recieved your product, it MUST not be scratch, ding, or dented in anyway whats so ever or we will NOT accepted it (no matter if you have paid for shipping it back to us), a 30% restocking fee will apply!
Important: Most body parts will fit perfect (Not all). Some need to be trimmed, holes adjusted for screws to attach to scooter, and corners or low areas needed. ScooterChromeParts.com will not refund any body piece unless it is the wrong piece sent to the customer. ScooterChromeParts.com must first authorize a return. If authorized, the Customer will pay to have it shipped back to ScooterChromeParts.com for an exchange (ONLY). No refunds will be giving for ANY reason. And exchange must be returned with 7 days from the time received in the mail. Please make sure you understand. ScooterChromeParts.com will not accept any returns on body parts that have been scratched, trimmed, holes, drilled, painted, primed and changed in any way, we will not exchange it and will not mail it back to you.
