As promised here is a small text on my scooter.
This is a Jonway JS 120 in 125 cc but very quickly I started to modify it to improve its performance and also for the pleasure of mechanics. So for the motor I installed a cylinder diameter of 62 (170cc), a cylinder head big valves, a camshaft (A 8), a crankshaft of Sym, a CVK carburetor 30, a CDI and Racing exhaust Staff stainless steel. For the transmission I have mounted a long report and a racing variator with rollers 12 grammes.Après good development performance for these Chinese scooters were very proper (120 km / h GPS) but is a but: the reliability was not at the appointment because the engine warmed énormement. Donc pour le moteur j'ai installé un cylindre de 62 de diamètre (170cc), une culasse grosses soupapes, un arbre à came (A 8), un vilbrequin de Sym,un carburateur de cvk de 30, un CDI Racing et un échappement personnel en inox .Pour la transmission j'ai monté un rapport long et un variateur racing avec des galets de 12 grammes.Après une bonne mise au point ces performances pour un scooter chinois étaient très correct (120 km/h au GPS) mais il y a un mais :la fiabilité n'était pas au rendez vous car le moteur chauffait énormement.En france nous avons un forum sur les scooters chinois et nous avions tous le même problème de surchauffe.Un des membres du forum avait commandé un radiateur d'huile chez vous et avait fait une publicité très positive sur votre société. Donc moi aussi j'ai commandé chez vous un radiateur d'huile et je vais aussi vous faire de la publicité car je suis content du matériel. Maintenant la température de mon moteur ne dépasse pas 95 ° cellsius.
